Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is required in full at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if there's an error in the listed price or description, or if we're unable to deliver to your address.

Product information

Many of our products are handmade. Slight variations in colour, texture and finish are part of the character of each piece and are not faults. We try to represent each product accurately, including through photography, but on-screen colours may differ slightly from the real thing.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and product designs — is owned by Gumtree Interiors or our makers and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gumtree Interiors is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
