Refund Policy

At Gumtree Interiors we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, you may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, packaging and care information. Personalised or custom-made items, and items marked "final sale", are not eligible for refund unless faulty.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or call +61 468 076 940 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions and a return address within one business day.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case Gumtree Interiors will cover the return cost. We recommend tracked postage — we cannot refund items lost in transit back to us.

When you'll receive your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Bank processing times may add a further 2–5 business days.

Faulty or damaged items

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it should, you're entitled to a replacement or refund.
