Gumtree Interiors was started in a sun-lit terrace in Hendra, Brisbane, with a simple idea: homes feel better when they're filled with objects that have been made well, by people who care.

Every piece in our collection is made in Australia. We work directly with potters, weavers, woodworkers and printmakers — most of them small, family-run studios — to bring you a tightly edited range of homeware that's built to last.

We choose materials with intent: recycled jarrah, merino wool, stoneware fired at low energy, and cotton grown and milled here. Nothing in our shop is mass-produced overseas.
