Shipping Policy

Gumtree Interiors ships Australia-wide from our studio in Hendra, Brisbane. Orders are packed by hand, usually within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, please allow 3–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location:

• South-east Queensland: 2–4 business days
• Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra: 3–6 business days
• Perth, Darwin, Hobart and regional areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs

Standard tracked shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery postcode. Free standard shipping applies to Australian orders over AUD $200.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please email [email protected].

International orders

We currently ship within Australia only. For international enquiries, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. Lost parcels are investigated with the courier and replaced or refunded if confirmed lost in transit.
