Cancellation Policy

Plans change — we get it. You can cancel any order with Gumtree Interiors for a full refund, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] or call +61 468 076 940 with your order number as soon as possible. We typically pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

If your order has already shipped

If your order has already been dispatched when we receive your cancellation request, it will be treated as a return under our Refund Policy. You may refuse delivery or return the item unused within 30 days for a full refund of the product price (return shipping at your cost unless the item is faulty).

Custom and personalised orders

Custom or personalised pieces may be cancelled within 24 hours of being ordered. After that, materials and maker time have typically been committed, and cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days. Bank processing may take a further 2–5 business days.
